1.Outcome Reporting
A reminder that any outcomes experienced by
participants must continue to be reported through to the completion of the
follow up safety phone call. The ongoing reporting of outcomes
remains crucial to our primary objective.
2. Database Lock
We are aiming
to lock the database on the 01st December 2025.
In order for this to occur we need to ensure
that following:
•
Prior to database lock all queries must be answered and closed.
As per the graph below currently we have a significant number of both
open and answered queries. If both sites and CRAs could address these
queries as soon as possible as we are trying during this close out period
to have all queries answered and
closed within 3 days. Again if you have any
questions regarding the queries please do reach out to the Global team.
• When Data Management inform us
that the data is clean all participants will need to be signed off in the
EDC by the PI so please ensure all PIs have log in
details and know their current password.
